On the morning of July 11, 2012 R&B singer and songwriter Robin Thicke was in a car accident. He was leaving the Chateau Marmont when he crashed his Porsche into a parked Volkswagen.
Thicke claimed that as he left the hotel, he was cut off by another car which caused him to swerve into the parked vehicle on Sunset Blvd. Although Thicke sustained minor injuries after he hit the front and back of his head, no one else was injured. The Volkswagen was damaged and towed from the scene.
Luckily for Thicke, he didn’t suffer very serious injury. However, he did wreck his Porsche and the parked vehicle. Officials have no apprehensions in the cause of the accident, as drugs and alcohol were not involved.
Should the owners of the Volkswagen involved decide to, they could hire an experienced Los Angeles accident attorney to seek compensation for the damages done to their vehicle if Thicke’s insurance won’t cover it. More than likely, that won’t be a problem in this case. If the owners of the Volkswagen have been in the vehicle at the time, Thicke could have been brought to a California State court for compensation of any injuries.
